The Character Council of Western New York and Harvest Time Partners Foundation are excited to offer the 3rd Annual Character Excellence Scholarships.  Applications are now being accepted for 2016.  We will award 3- $1000 scholarships to high school seniors in the eight counties of WNY who exhibit character excellence in the daily lives.  Applicants must be pursuing post-secondary education at an accredited college or trade school full-time.  Application Deadline is February 1, 2016.

Harvest Time Partners, in collaboration with The Character Council of Western New York, is pleased to award $1000 cash scholarships to three high-school seniors who exemplify character in their daily lives and who will be attending a college or trade school post-graduation. 

The scholarships will be awarded to high school seniors from public, private, parochial, or home schools, enrolling full-time in a college or trade school for the fall of 2015.
Students must be current residents of Allegheny, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie,  Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, or  Wyoming or counties to be considered.
The scholarships will be made payable directly to the chosen post-secondary institutions.
